Women Learning to Golf with God
Come join us for a welcoming women’s golf small group where faith, fellowship, and fun come together! Whether you’re new to golf or have played for years, this group is an opportunity to learn the game, grow in confidence, enjoy God’s creation, and build meaningful relationships with other women.
We’ll learn the fundamentals of golf through instruction with a professional golf instructor, practicing at the driving range, putting green, golf course, and through virtual simulations. We’ll also gather for fellowship dinners to learn the rules of golf, share our experiences, encourage one another, and grow together in faith. By May or June, our goal is to confidently play a full 9 holes together.
I have played golf socially and on and off for more than 25 years, including 9-hole and weekend travel leagues and several tournaments. For me, golf is more than a game. Every time I step onto the course, I am reminded of God’s incredible creation and the peace, beauty, and serenity He provides. I love the challenge of golf and the opportunity it gives us to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and appreciate God’s blessings.
My prayer is that this group will encourage women to step outside their comfort zones, discover the joy of golf, grow in confidence, and deepen their relationship with God and one another. Come join us as we tee off, fellowship, and enjoy the blessings God has placed before us!
